To request a Foreign Language Culture Substitution as an accommodation please:

1. Register with the Office of Accessibility and Educational Opportunity (AEO)

2. Request a FLS accommodation from AEO.

3. File a request with CLP by completing this form. CLP will only consider language subsitution request froms from students who have secured an AEO accommodation.
